Full Description This 165 acres lies about half way between Belize City and the Capital, Belmopan along the Western Highway. It is about a 20 minutes drive from the International Airport. This property includes approximately 1 mile of frontage on the Belize River at its northern point and runs for about 4500 feet at the southern point . It can be access from both major higheways in the Country.One reaches it from the Northern Highway by driving on a paved road towards the Burrell Boom Village, home of the Community Baboon Sanctuary, then Willows Bank and St. Pauls. From the Western Highway at mile 24, one turns off to the right on a gravel road for about seven miles passing the rice farm known as Big Falls Ranch. The land consists of high river banks with rich tropical vegetation and a broadleaf jungle. This area of the Belize River Valley is populated with the Black Howler monkeys ,called "baboons". The river banks and adjacents forests are filled with widelife including the much hunted iguana, many bird species, ocelots, river turtle and deer.
