Full Description Howler Monkey Lodge is a small eco-lodge located on twenty acres with a beautiful view of the Belize river in the heart of the Community Baboon Sanctuary. There are ten buildings ,a swimming pool, relaxation area, trails and exotic nature surroundings. Lodge has three styles: two river view/air conditioned with private bath, four jungle cabins/fan only with private bath, three rooms in one cabin w/shared bath and another two rooms(needs minor repair) in one cabin with private bath - for a total of eight. Plus a two story building 50' x30' half of the downstairs is dining with two 1/2 baths 1/4 of the downstairs is for kitchen and the other 1/4 is laundry and warehouse upstairs is living quarters, two palapas , one 10 x 10 , the other is 18 x 20. Lodge has 18 beds. 15 double and 3 3/4 beds and another 4 beds upon repairing the two rooms- giving a total of 22 pax. Lodge priced for a quick sale and open for any offers.
